Meet Celebrity's Owner and Founder
Meet 91视频鈥檚 owner, Mrs. Gladys Martinez. She had started with humble beginnings, on a mission to better the beauty industry one step at a time.

Gladys, her husband, and young son immigrated to the United States in 1995, arriving with nothing but the clothing on their backs and a dream. With her Doctorate Degree in Higher Education printed in sheepskin paper (yes, that鈥檚 right鈥攐ld school sheepskin) Gladys couldn鈥檛 wait to be able to teach again. She is a passionate educator that brings her enthusiasm for teaching into every aspect of her life.

After working in a bakery for a couple of years, starting at 5am to assist with baking the daily breads and pastries, Gladys enrolled in a Florida beauty school in 1997. She earned her Full Specialist license, where she was hired to teach immediately after graduation.

In October of 2003, she founded 91视频 to pursue her dream of educating others to become successful and pursue their beauty careers.

Today, Gladys runs one of Miami-Dade County鈥檚 most successful beauty and wellness schools, where she continues to be active in the day to day operations and interacting with students and staff. She will teach an impromptu class or substitute an instructor whenever she gets the opportunity. Gladys loves to provide advice to aspiring entrepreneurs about establishing and managing their own business while sharing her own beauty business experience. She serves as a true inspiration to her students and staff.
